1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Genix (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), the operator of getgenixlabs.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, contacting us, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Research use only

All peptides and compounds offered by Genix are supplied strictly for scientific research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and not for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or other medical use.

Our products are not drugs, foods, supplements, or medical devices, and are not approved for human use. By purchasing, you confirm that you will handle, store, use, and dispose of the products only in a controlled research setting and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional and safety guidelines. You are solely responsible for the lawful use of any product you obtain from us.

3. No medical advice

The information on the Site — including product descriptions, articles, protocols, and FAQs — is provided for general scientific and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified healthcare or research professional. Nothing on the Site should be read as encouraging any use that is inconsistent with “Research use only” above.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or order from us. By doing so, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are acquiring products for legitimate research purposes.

5. Product information & certificates of analysis

We describe our products and their purity (for example, ≥99% by HPLC) based on batch-specific testing, and we make certificates of analysis available as described on the Site. Representative figures are illustrative and actual values vary per batch report. We do not warrant that any product will achieve any particular research result.

6. Orders, pricing & shipping

Orders and enquiries are coordinated through WhatsApp and our other contact channels. Prices, availability, and product specifications may change at any time before an order is confirmed. Orders ship from Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that import, possession, and use of the products are lawful in your jurisdiction and for any applicable duties or taxes. 7. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• misrepresent your identity, age, or intended use of our products;

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date; your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
